WT-SE-003 is employed to protect TDR sampling modules from ESD damage coming from circuit boards and cables, and it is intended for use in applications such as PCB testing and cables testing where large static charges can be stored in the DUT. WT-SE-003 can provide smaller than 40ps reflected rise time and smaller than 80millorho reflected coefficient when used with the TDR sampling module. The bandwidth can be up to 18GHz. WT-SE-003 is installed between the DUT and the sampling module, and controlled by a pedal switch or the software. When the pedal switch is in the normal position (un-pressed), the DUT is grounded and discharged via a 50Ω termination resistor. When the pedal switch is pressed, the DUT is connected to the sampling module and starts to test. Both of channels on WT-SE-003 can be controlled simultaneously by the pedal switch or the software.
