Power Unit (SIV GTO/IGBT)

1. The input of 1000VDC passes through 12 stages of IGBT and cooperates with the trigger signal from the controller to generate 440VAC, 3φ, 60Hz.

2. To simulate 60Hz signal, IGBT divides one cycle (1/60 second or 360°) into 24 equal parts. Each occupies 1/1440 second or 15°. That means the frequency of IGBT alternation is 1.44KHz.

3. The shortest ON time of IGBT is 15° (1/1440 Sec).

4. The longest ON time of IGBT is 105° (7/1440 Sec).

5. The IGBT is APTGT600U170D4. Its maximum current is 600A and the maximum Icp is 1200A(1ms).
